Junior Secretariat Assistant (General) :- 10+2 / XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time. (Presently, 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi).
- 35 wpm / 30 wpm Corresponds to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH (Key Depressions Per Hour) on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Time allowed for typing test is 10 minutes, which is qualifying in nature.

Junior Secretariat Assistant (Stores & Purchase) :- 10 + 2 / XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time. (Presently, 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi).
- 35 w.p.m. / 30 w.p.m. corresponds to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH (Key Depressions Per Hour) on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Time allowed for typing test is 10 minutes, which is qualifying in nature.

Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance & Accounts) :- 10+2/ XII Standard or its equivalent with Accountancy as a subject and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time. (Presently, 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi).
- 35 w.p.m./30 w.p.m. corresponds to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH (Key Depressions Per Hour) on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. Time allowed for typing test is 10 minutes, which is qualifying in nature.

Junior Stenographer :- 10+2/XII Standard or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time

Driver :- Pass in 10th standard.
- Possession of a valid driving license for LMV & HMV.
- Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle).
- Experience of driving a motor car for at least 3 years.

- JSA: 28 Years
- Steno & Driver: 27 Years
