Educational Qualification:
- Handyman/ Loader: The candidates should have passed class 8th and must be able to communicate in local language and Hindi with preferably 1 year experience in cargo handling. The applicants should have the ability to read English.
- Supervisor: The applicants should hold a graduate degree with basic computer knowledge and preferably 1 year experience in cargo industry.
- Senior Supervisor: The applicants should hold a graduate degree with basic computer knowledge and preferably 2 year experience in cargo industry.
Age Limit
- Age Limit for Handyman/ Loader: 45 Years
- Age Limit for Supervisor: 30 Years
- Age Limit for Sr Supervisor: 35 Years
Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.

Educational Qualification and Experience: -
- Skilled Manpower – ITI Certificate in Electrical Trade or Wireman as recognized by NCVT or SCVT or higher technical degree diploma in engineering, And or with shall possess Overhead Certificate for Electrical Safety. With atleast two years’ experience in Electricals
- Un-Skilled Manpower – 8th Pass at any state education Board or equivalent institutional with atleast one year experience preferably in electrical stream
- Semi Skilled - 12th pass with 1 year computer course DCA or PGDCA and working knowledge of English and Hindi Typing.
Venue for Training Programme - Shivpuri, Agar, Jhabua, Noida.
Selection Criteria For BECIL Manpower Recruitment 2021 -
The candidates will be selected for training based on their merit list as under: -
a) The candidates who secure at least 80% marks will be eligible for FREE TRAINING.
b) The candidates who secure at least 70% marks will be eligible for paid training at S. No. 1. (Training Cost Rs. 6,000)
c) The candidates who secure at least 50% marks will be eligible for paid training at S. No. 2. (Training Cost Rs. 11,000)
d) The candidates who secure at least 35% marks will be eligible for paid training at S. No. 3 & 4 (Training Cost Rs. 15,000) with a stipend of 15 days during onsite training.
