Guidelines To Fill The Online Application(How To Apply)
STEP 1: REGISTRATION
- You would require your e-mail ID to register. You can register only once using this e-mail ID.
- Click on the link "Apply Here". Fill all the fields and click on the 'SUBMIT' button. On successful registration, you will receive an e-mail with following details:
- From : no-reply@vssc.gov.in
- Subject: Reg: Advt.No.RMT315 of VSSC RECRUITMENT
- Then click on the link given in the e-mail to open your online application form. Check your SPAM/BULK MAIL folders if the mail is not seen in the INBOX.
STEP 2: UPLOAD PHOTO , SIGNATURE
- Upload Your recent Photograph and Signature and continue
- PHD Synopsis/M.Tech Certificate: Maximum size: 200 KB (**Applicable only for Ph.D and M.Tech Posts )
- PHOTO: Maximum size: 30KB Dimensions : 150W X 200H
- SIGNATURE: Maximum size: 30KB Dimensions : 150W X 50H
STEP 3: FILL APPLICATION FORM
- Fill in your personal details, correspondence details, qualification details etc .
- To finally submit your application, click on "CONFIRM" button.
- On successful application, your registration number will be displayed on screen and an e-mail will be sent to you.
- Note down your Registration Number and keep in a safe place. This would be required for checking the status of your application in future.
STEP 4: PAYMENT
- Female / Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) / Ex-servicemen [EX-SM] and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
- For others, Click on "Make Payment " button after successful submission of application, to pay application fee online.
- Fee may be paid online through Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking only through Integrated SBI ePay facility.
- No other mode of payment will be acceptable and the fee will not be refundable under any circumstances.
- Please note that the applications of non-exempted categories without Application Fee will not be considered.
STEP 5: VERIFY MOBILE NUMBER
- Upon successful submission, an SMS containing OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided under "Present Address Mobile Number". This OTP is valid upto 72 hours. SMS alerts (if any) will be sent only to verified mobile numbers. Use "Verify OTP" button to register your mobile number after submitting your application successfully.
