Eligibility Criteria for Stipendiary Trainee and Technicians Posts -
Age Limit -
Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 22 Years as on 07.08.2019
(Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women, as per Govt. Rules)
PHYSICAL STANDARDS - Minimum Height: 160 cms. Minimum weight : 45.5 Kg
(Relaxable if the candidate is otherwise medically fit)
SELECTION METHOD -
The selection process will consist of test in 3 stages. (Stage 1 & 2 – Written Test and Stage 3 - Trade /Skill Test).There will be negative marking in the written Examination for incorrect answers.
Stage 1- Preliminary Test - Questions will be on Mathematics, Science and General Awareness.
Stage 2- Advanced test - Candidates clearing Preliminary Test will be eligible for appearing in Advanced Test (Questions will be from the respective trade).
Stage 3- Trade /Skill Test - Only for those candidates who have cleared the Stage-2 test and will be on go/no-go basis.

Eligibility Criteria for Stipendiary Trainee and Technicians Posts -
- Plant Operator – HSC in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
- Laboratory Assistant – HSC in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate OR SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate PLUS trade certificate in Laboratory Assistant. The candidates should meet any of the following requirements as regards Trade Certificate: 1) NTC (ITI pass out) of two years duration. OR 2) NAC of two years duration under Apprenticeship Training Scheme. OR 3) NTC (ITI pass out) of one year duration plus one year work experience after the completion of course. OR 4) NTC (ITI pass out) of one year duration plus NAC of minimum one year duration under Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
- Fitter/Welder/Turner/Electrician/Instrument Mechanic/Electronic Mechanic/A/C Mechanic - SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate PLUS trade certificate in Fitter / Welder / Turner/ Electrician / Instrument Mechanic/ Electronic Mechanic/AC Mechanic.
