EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS INDIA LIMITED (EdCIL (India) Limited) invites Application from eligible Diploma holders for undergoing One Year Apprenticeship training.
Minimum Education Qualification -
- A Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical
Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by University in relevant discipline
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an institution recognized by State
Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
The candidates having qualifications equivalent to any of the prescribed qualifications should submit
Equivalency Certificate issued by the competent authority and without such certificate, their
candidature will not be considered.
Eligibility of the apprentice -
Eligibility of the apprentices will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules -
- Age limit: Maximum age 25 years as on 31.03.2019 ((Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years
for SC/ST & PHP candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates. However in case of
nonavailability of candidates in reserved categories it will filled from other reserved
categories/ General categories)
- Gap between date of joining as an apprentice and date of passing shall not be more than 3
years
- Only Indian Nationals may apply
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under
Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973 in any Government or Public Sector or
Private industrial organizations ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to apply. Candidate should not have
undergone Apprenticeship Training elsewhere.
Duration of Training -
The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year from the date of joining as
an apprentice at EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS INDIA LIMITED (EdCIL (India) Limited).
Selection Methodology -
i. Candidates must register with NATS, at www.mhrdnats.gov.in.
ii. Shortlisting of the candidates shall be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the
qualifying exam.
iii. Trade/Discipline wise merit list will be drawn based on Personal Interview (PI) to be conducted
at EdCIL House, Plot no. 18, Sector 16, Film City, Noida, 201301.
iv. The candidates will have to qualify successfully through each stage of the selection process i.e.) Personal Interview (PI) and Pre-employment medical fitness for being adjudged suitable for
engagement.

c. Passport size photograph : JPEG , Size : Less than 200KB (4.5 * 3.5)
d. Bank (Accounts) Details (Will be required to furnish)
