The Scheme is vital in the field of vocational training, as it has been shaping Craftsmen to meet the existing as well as future manpower needs, through the vast network of ITIs in the Country. There are 19 Government ITIs having 9753 (Approx.) seats for the session 2021-2022-20 in 46 different trades affiliated with National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT). Along with, Multi Sectorial Development Plan for minority women at ITI, Nand Nagri, for which online admission will be conducted for minority Seats

ITI Delhi Admission - Instructions and Procedure for online submission of Application Form ( Enlish Version )

1.       Read the instructions carefully given in the prospectus and guidelines/user manual before filling the registration form.

2.      The candidate must follow the tentative schedule for Online Admission as available on the Online Admission Website /Prospectus.
3.       Keep the following information available with you as it would be required for filling the registration form.
a)      Mobile number is compulsory for filling registration form. One mobile number can be used only once for online registration.
b)      Mark sheet of qualifying exams.
c)      Category/ Sub Category certificates/documents.
d)     Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking details for online payment of registration fee as only these modes are available.
e)      Duly filled “Pre Online choice filling Performa (Annexure: XII in prospectus)”. Candidate must fill his/her trade/ ITI choices after payment of registration fee and take a printout of the same.
4.      Carefully Note the Registration number, answer for security question, password and take a printout of duly filled registration form for further verification at any Govt ITI within stipulated time.
The Password must be created as per the following policy.
·         Password must be 8 to 13 characters long.
·         Password must have at least one Upper case alphabet.
·         Password must have at least one Lower case alphabet.
·         Password must have at least one numeric value.
·         Password must have at least one special character eg. !@#$%^&*-
5.       Candidate is advised not to disclose or share their password with anybody. Neither ITI nor NIC will be responsible for violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.
6.       Candidate can change his/her passwords after login, if desired.
7.      How to reset your Password : Either by OTP or Security answer
The following options are available to reset Password under Security Answer:
·       Enter your Registration No., Name as entered during Form filling and Date of Birth.

·       Choose Security Question & Answer as given by you at the time of registration.

·       Enter the Security Pin as shown below and SUBMIT to retrieve.

·       In case of any difficulty please contact any nearest Govt. ITI for assistance.

8.       Candidate should remember to log out at the end of their session so that the particulars of the candidate cannot be tampered or modified by unauthorized persons.

9.    The Registration fee is Rs. 200/- Tax and other charges, as applicable (for all candidates) payable online at the time of registration. Registration Fee once paid is non-refundable.

10.  Helpline numbers, given in prospectus under Contact Details of Govt. ITI/BTC section will be functional  on all working day from 09.00AM to 05.00PM.

11.  The Registration No. printed on the computer generated Registration Page must be retained with you and should be mentioned in all various correspondences during the counselling session.

ITI Delhi Admission - ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के निर्देश और प्रक्रिया ( Hindi Version)

आॅनलाइन दाखिले हेतु निर्देशः-

1 पंजीकरण (रजिस्ट्रेशन) से पूर्व प्रोस्पेक्टस में दिए निर्देशों/गाइडलाईंस को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़े ।

2 आवेदक कृप्या आॅनलाईन एडमीशन वेबसाईट/प्रोस्पेक्टस में दिये गये संभावित शेड्यूल का पालन करें।

3 रजिस्ट्रेशन फाॅर्म भरने के लिए निम्न जानकारी आवश्यक है-

क. रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए मोबाईल नंबर होना जरूरी है, एक मोबाईल नंबर पर केवल एक ही    रजिस्ट्रेशन होगा।

ख. क्वालीफाइंग परीक्षा की मार्कशीट ।

ग. वर्ग/उपवर्ग से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र/दस्तावेज।

घ. पंजीकरण शुल्क केवल क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/नेट बैंकिंग के द्वारा ही स्वीकार्य होगा।

ड. आवेदक अपनी पंसद/च्वाइस भरने से पूर्व प्रोस्पेक्टस में दिए गए एनेक्सर 12 को भरे ।  पंजीकरण करने के पश्चात आवेदक  अपनी पसंद के ट्रेड/आई0टी0आई0 का चयन करे तथा उसका पिं्रट आउट अवश्य लें।

4. आवेदक अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर ध्यानपूर्वक नोट करे तथा अपने सुरक्षा प्रश्न को चुने और उसका उत्तर चुने तथा अपना पासवर्ड भविष्य के लिए याद रखें । अपने रजिस्ट्रेशन फाॅर्म के विवरण का प्रिंटआउट लेकर नजदीकी सरकारी आई0टी0आई0 में वेरीफिकेशन या सत्यापन करवाये ।

पासवर्ड निम्न प्रकार से बनेगा-

ऽ पासवर्ड कम से कम 8 से 13 वर्ण लंबा होना चाहिए।

ऽ पासवर्ड में कम से कम एक अपर केस वर्ण होना चाहिए।

ऽ पासवर्ड में कम से कम एक लोअर केस वर्ण होना चाहिए।

ऽ पासवर्ड में कम से कम एक संख्यात्मक मान होना चाहिए।

ऽ पासवर्ड में कम से कम एक विशेष वर्ण होना चाहिए- ! / रु $: ‘ - ’.

5. आवेदक को सलाह दी जाती है कि वह अपने पासवर्ड को किसी के साथ भी शेयर ना करे क्योंकि इसका दुरूपयोग हो सकता है।

6. आवेदक चाहे तो लाॅग इन के पश्चात कभी भी अपना पासवर्ड बदल सकता है ।

7. लाॅग इन के पश्चात वेबसाईट में दिये रीसेट पासवर्ड में जाकर OTP अथवा  security question को चुने निम्न तरीके से पासवर्ड बदला जा सकता है-

ऽ अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर, फाॅर्म में भरा गया नाम, तथा जन्म तिथि डालें ।

ऽ रजिस्ट्रेशन के दौरान चुने गये अपना सुरक्षा प्रश्न तथा उसके उत्तर को चुने।

ऽ नीचे दर्शाये गये सिक्योरिटी पिन को डालें ।

ऽ पासवर्ड रीसेट करने में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी होने पर नजदीकी सरकारी आई0टी0आई0 में संपर्क करें।

8. आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वह बेवसाईट चैक करने के पश्चात हमेशा लाॅग आउट अवश्य करें वर्ना किसी भी अनाधिकृत व्यक्ति द्वारा आपके विवरण से छेड़ छाड़ की जा सकती है।

9. रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क 200/- रूपये तथा कर और अन्य चार्ज नियमानुसार लागू होगा। वह सभी उम्मीदवारों के लिए अनिवार्य है, जो कि किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं होगा।

10. सभी सरकारी आई0टी0आई0/बी0टी0सी0 के हेल्प लाईन नंबर प्रोस्पेक्टस में दिये गये है जिन पर सभी कार्यदिवसों में प्रातः 9.00 बजे से सायं 5.00 बजे तक संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

11. आवेदक अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर जो कि कम्प्यूटर जनरेटेड रजिस्ट्रेशन पेज पर दिया गया है हमेशा याद रखें तथा काउंसलिंग के दौरान विभिन्न पत्राचार में दर्शायें।
