The All India Common Entrance Test (AICET) for Craft Instructor Training, which is organized by DGT, will be conducted through centralized counseling. Currently, craft instructors are trained in 34 different trades. The training takes place at 28 National Skill Training Institutes (NSTI), 6 State Government Institute of Training of Trainers (IoT), and 12 private Institutes of Training of Trainers.
Courses are offered by Central Institutes under DGT like NSTI's and IToT's to fulfill the objective of uplifting and upgrading the Training standard of existing serving instructors of ITIs and Industry as well as those who aspire to become successful instructor in future in the Industrial Training Institutes (ITI’s). Answer:- Yes, only SCVT candidates with Apprentice certificate can apply.
Question:- Will the question paper appear in English and Hindi?
Answer:- Question paper will be both in English & Hindi.
Question:- How would I remove my documents if it is uploaded successfully, but in modify there is no option to remove it?
Answer:- Documents once uploaded cannot be deleted but can be replaced with new one using the modify option.
Question:- I have completed ITI with COPA trade from SCVT can I apply?
Answer:- No. The SCVT holders must have Apprenticeship certificate in same trade. Then only he/she can apply.
Question:- I am in the final semester of All India Trade Test (AITT) during July 2022, I do not have ITI certificate, what certificate should I upload?
Answer:- The marksheet or certificate of previous semester should be uploaded.
Question:- I have done ITI in sewing technology and I am interested to take admission in cutting and sewing or in fashion technology trade?Am I eligible for the above-mentioned trades?
Answer:- Name of cutting & Sewing is changed to Sewing technology and both are same. You are elegible for Sewing Technology only.

Answer:- Select the Pursuing option and fill the ITI Certificate as NA and Select NCVT as certificate, Regular as Candidate Type and Select the ITI Trade undergoing.
